Having trouble with your tomatoes?  Does the foliage look wilted with brown lesions?  
Septoria Leaf Spot (Septoria lycopersici) might be the culprit.

Are your potato plants looking shabby and brown?  It might be
Brown Leaf Spot,
caused by the fungus Alternaria alternata.
